About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior .NET Developer with Desktop and Backend background to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core, Desktop and Backend Development. This is a highly technical role, requiring hands-on experience with developing complex applications, as well as the ability to lead a team of developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using C#, .NET framework, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, WinForms, WPF, Web APIs, RESTful API, IIS Manager, Deploying web services to Windows Server.
• Database optimizations and web service deployments to server
• Lead the development team in delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of software with other systems and technologies.
• Mentor and train junior developers on best practices in software development.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and methodologies in software development.

Requirements

• At least 3 years or above of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET framework in Desktop development using WinForms and WPF.
• At least 3 years of experience in .NET Core, and ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core and Web APIs.
• Worked on relational databases (Microsoft SQL and MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of developers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality software.

Your Experience and Skill-set?

We are seeking an experienced senior engineer to join our MSP team, You will be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems for multiple customers.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Linux, AWS, Windows AD, and Docker, as well as experience in data manipulation using Python and automation with Bash and Ansible.
• In this role, the senior engineer will be responsible for deploying and maintaining customer environments, monitoring, and troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the security and performance of systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Linux, AWS, Windows AD, and Docker-based environments for multiple customers
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash and Ansible
• Perform data manipulation and custom service development using Python
• Monitor customer environments using Zabbix and Elastic Search, and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Manage and maintain customer access control and security measures
• Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer support
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in the field
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers on the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior engineering role in an MSP environment
• Extensive knowledge of Linux, AWS, Windows AD, and Docker
• Proficient in data manipulation using Python and automation with Bash and Ansible
• Strong experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Elastic Search
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in developing and maintaining secure IT systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
